Returns and Withdrawals

Upon receiving the goods, the Customer is required to immediately verify their condition and conformity.
If the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can return one or more purchased items within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once F2O authorizes the return, the products must be shipped within 7 days from the start of the return procedure. F2O reserves the right to refuse returns if they are communicated, sent, or shipped after the specified days or if the products are not intact. All items are checked before being shipped.
The refund will be credited to the bank account specified by the Customer via bank transfer or Paypal within 15 days from the receipt of the communication.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. Upon its arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damages or tampering not resulting from transportation.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

  • The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product;
  • The right does not apply to sealed products once opened;
  • The purchased goods must be intact and returned in the original packaging, with labels and tags, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any accompanying documentation and accessories); to minimize damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to place it in a second box, on which the destination address should be applied; in all cases, the use of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging should be avoided;
  • In accordance with the law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are the customer's responsibility; the shipping costs for sending the goods to the customer will not be refunded, as the service has been duly provided.
  • The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the customer;
  • In case of damage to the goods during transportation, F2O will inform the customer of the incident (within 5 working days from the receipt of the goods in our warehouses), in order to allow the customer to promptly file a complaint with the chosen courier and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;
  • F2O is not responsible in any way for damages or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments;
  • The refund will be made by F2O within 15 days from the receipt of the return, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. The system will recalculate the total order amount and retain the initial shipping cost if the retained products have a value lower than the threshold required to qualify for the free shipping promotion or other promotions that were applied.
