Terms and conditions

This document (General Sales Conditions) defines the conditions applicable to sales concluded between the person who purchases on the website owned by F2O (from now on referred to as "CUSTOMER") and the company F2O with registered office in Via Carlo De Cristoforis 11, Varese (VA), VAT/Tax Code 03892650122 (from now on referred to as "SELLER").
These conditions govern the relationship between F2O and consumers.

ART 1 – PURCHASE METHODS
Art 1-1
The Customer has the option to make purchases on the website www.f-2-o.com 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
To make a purchase online, the following steps must be followed:

  • Select the item
  • Add the item to the cart
  • Choose the payment method
  • Verify the detailed summary before final order confirmation
  • Log in to the account or create a new account for new customers
  • Confirm or modify billing details
  • Once the payment is made, the order will be assigned an identification number. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

The customer can check the status of their order by accessing their account on the f-2-o.com website.
F2O will execute orders received on the website, subject to warehouse availability.
In case of unavailability of one or more ordered items, F2O undertakes to promptly inform the customer, who may choose to modify the order or request a refund (only in case of advance payment) for the ordered items.
In case of a refund, it will be made within 14 days from the day the customer confirms their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal.

ART 2 - PAYMENT METHODS
Art 2-1
The payment methods available to the customer are as follows:

  • PayPal: all credit cards, including prepaid cards or PayPal balance
  • Advance Bank Transfer

Payments cannot be made by check.
Art 2-2
An order paid with a PayPal account (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.) will be automatically and immediately debited from our bank.
Art 2-3
The customer's order confirmation implies the unconditional acceptance of these General Sales Conditions.
Art 2-4
Each order must be accompanied by a payment, and commutative payments for different orders are not allowed.
Art 2-5
Once the correct payment is verified, F2O will process the order.

ART 3 - ORDER DELIVERY
Art 3-1
Order delivery
F2O will deliver the ordered goods through an express courier, which will handle transportation and take responsibility from the moment of pickup until delivery.
Art 3-2
Shipping times
Order handling and shipping times may vary from 14 to 21 days.
For destinations such as islands or hard-to-reach areas in Italy, delivery times may increase up to 7 days.
Art 3-3
Delivery fees:
Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer during the purchase process, which may be different from the billing address.
Delivery within Italy is free.
Delivery costs for other countries are €15, and they are free if the order value is equal to or exceeds €200.
The customer must specify in the address: full name indicated on the doorbell, building number, staircase, floor, and any other information deemed useful for delivery.
If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notice, and a new delivery attempt will be made the next working day.
If the package cannot be delivered for any reason, the redelivery costs will be borne by the recipient and directly deducted from the total amount of the order, at the time of refund. If the package needs to be held for any reason, the storage and redelivery expenses will be borne by the recipient.

ART 4 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Art 4-1
Right of withdrawal:
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a communication within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchase.
The communication must be made by phone by contacting Customer Service at +39 335 653 3709 or email info@fdueo.com.
After this period, returns will no longer be possible.
Art 4-2
Conditions for exchange and refund:
F2O accepts returns if the items are returned in their packaging and with original tags perfectly preserved. Otherwise, returns will be rejected. The returned products will be refunded using the same payment method used at the time of order.
Art 4-3
F2O will refund the payments received from the consumer, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days from the day it became aware of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
F2O will refund using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that they do not incur any costs as a consequence of the refund.
Art 4-4
The customer must notify F2O, via email to info@fdueo.com, of any complaints regarding the product(s) received, reporting any defects or discrepancies from the order, within 7 days of receiving the package.
F2O will not accept any claims or disputes beyond this time.
Within 10 days of receiving the complaint, F2O must respond to the consumer. In the event of accepting the complaint, F2O undertakes to refund the customer's expenses or to replace the altered, missing, or non-compliant products with the order.

ART 5 - CONSUMER RIGHTS
Art 5-1
All products are covered by the Legal Warranty of Conformity provided for by articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.
The legal warranty of conformity is provided for by the Consumer Code (articles 128 and following) and protects the consumer in case of purchase of defective products, which do not function properly or do not correspond to the use declared by the seller or to which that good is generally intended. The consumer can assert his rights regarding the legal guarantee of conformity by addressing directly to the seller of the goods, even if different from the manufacturer. If there is a conformity defect, the consumer has the right, at his choice, to the replacement of the defective goods by the seller, without charge. If the replacement is not possible, the consumer is still entitled to a reduction in price or to have back a sum, commensurate with the value of the goods, for the return to the seller of the defective product. The legal guarantee lasts two years from the delivery of the goods and must be enforced by the consumer within two months from the discovery of the defect.
Art 5-2
Terms
The consumer loses the rights referred to in Art 5-1 if they do not report the conformity defect to the seller within two months from the date on which they discovered the defect.

ART 6 - PAYMENT SECURITY
Art 6-1
The security of transactions for credit card payments will be ensured by PayPal Europe s.c.a.r.l. and by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect the data you send us via the internet.
Therefore, sensitive data will not pass through www.f-2-o.com, nor will it be collected in any way by our servers.
